Common Club Locker competition entry issues

If you are struggling to enter yourself, your child or someone else into an event on the England Squash website, the following tips should help.

Is your membership up to date?

For Bronze events and above, you will need an active England Squash membership in order to be able to enter. You can find your membership status on the membership page of your englandsquash.com. If you are a member via a club, your membership status will be linked to your club's affiliation status. If you think you should be a member but do not have a valid membership it may be that your club's affiliation has lapsed. The best thing to do in this case is to get in touch with your club in order to check their affiliation status. Alternatively, you could buy or renew a direct membership.

If you are trying to enter your child into an event, remember that their membership status is separate to yours. You can check your child's membership status on child accounts page of your England Squash dashboard. If the child does not have a valid membership you'll be able to purchase a direct membership from here, or link them to an affiliated club.

Is your profile complete?

In order to enter an event, you will need to have provided a couple of pieces of information, such as date of birth and sex, in order to verify you are eligible to enter the relevant category. To do this, just head over to  www.englandsquash.com/Account/player/EditProfile and enter the relevant details. If you need to update your child's account details, you can do this on the child accounts page of your England Squash dashboard.

If you are trying to enter somebody else who is not linked as a child account on your profile, you will need to ask their parent/guardian to check and update their details.

Common Club Locker competition entry issues

I can’t find my child’s name in the player search
  • Check that you are logged in to the correct account. You may need to log out and ensure you are logged in to your parent account via the ‘Log in with englandsquash.com’ button. To log out, just use this link or alternatively go to your Club Locker profile, select your name in the top right corner and then select ’Logout‘
  • If this still doesn’t fix the issue, then go back to step 1 and 2 of the 'How do I activate my child account and enter an event on Club Locker?' support guide and ensure that your child’s account is activated, and that their Club Locker ID appears in their account profile
I only see US Squash players in the player search
