How to use the app at my session

The easiest way to use the app is to register participants at the start of each session.

• Take your laptop, tablet or phone to the session.
• At the start of the session ask any new players to compete their details on the app. N.B. For data protection purposes please ensure all first time players add their own details. Players will be given the option to opt in to marketing emails, and be able to read the England Squash privacy policy and terms and conditions.
• At present the app doesn't cater for recording junior players. Please don't take any data from those under the age of 16. This function will be developed in the app in future.
• A player will only need to complete all their details once, at future sessions the coach, leader or helper will be able to select that player from the drop down list

Don't have time to register players at the start of your session?

Why not, ask one of your regular attendees to sign people in as they come to your session using the app. Alternatively you could have a laptop or tablet available so people can come long and sign themselves in as they arrive.
