How do I add Leaders to my club's account?
This article will breakdown how you can add your leaders to your venue account which enables them to be added to the Squash Stars Programme as part of the team.
You will need to be logged into your Squash Stars account to edit your sessions, you can log in here.
1. Go to your admin area.
2. Click on 'coaching' on the left side of your screen.
- Select 'coaching team' in the top right corner.
4. Select 'add coach'.
5. Choose whether this is an 'existing contact' (i.e. they're in your contacts module) or a new contact:
NOTE: For illustration purposes, we're showing the screen as if you were adding a new contact. Selecting 'existing contact' will provide a search bar to type the person's name and add a dropdown.
6. Once you're happy with your selection / information added, choose the role for example 'head coach, assistance coach or coach' as shown above.
7. Click 'confirm' to save the leader to the coaching team and to use them for future programmes.
