How to add consents for my contacts

When setting up your account, you may wish to add consents for your contacts to view when joining a programme. This can be for things like photography - allowing pictures to be taken, communication - to be emailed following the end of the programme and to promote any other programmes. 

You will need to be logged into your Squash Stars account to edit your sessions, you can log in here.

1. Go to your admin area.

2. Click on 'Profile' on the left side of your screen. 

3. Click 'consents' in the right corner

4. Choose 'add new consent'

5. Click on the toggle to 'enable' the consent, provide a title and description. 

5. Choose 'save consents'. 

When a player first joins your venue by booking onto a programme, they'll be present with the consent and have the choice to opt-in / out. You can see which consents a contact has agreed to by viewing their individual contact profile (click 'contacts' on the left, choose a contact and view the 'consents' section). 

There is also a filter called 'consents', this will allow you to choose a consent and only see those who have agreed to it. This could be useful if you want to send a follow-up email to those who have agreed to 'communication' after a programme.
