How to invite a contact to register to your squash venue

You may wish to invite a contact to register with ClubSpark so they can create in a login and book on a course. We have included simple steps below to help you invite members / contacts. 

You will need to be logged into your Squash Stars account to set up and create your sessions, you can log in here.

1. Go to your admin area.

2. Click 'contacts' on the LEFT and then search by first / last name. 

3. Once you have found the contact that you would like to invite to register, you will then need to click on their name where you will be taken to their contact record.

4. Click on the 'options' button on the right side of the screen and click on 'Invite contact'.

This will bring up the following overlay, the message will have a link in for the contact to click this is where they will register. You can also add additional information to the email this is optional.

5. Click the blue 'Submit' to send the invite, and you will then see a confirmation overlay.

Note: The invite link will expire after 30 days, so a new invite link will need to be sent if not accepted in time.
