How do I reset a forgotten password? Or If I cannot access my account?

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it via the following steps:

1. When on the Squash Stars website (www.squashstars.co.uk), click 'sign-in / login' then 'forgotten password'. 

NOTE: If you use Facebook, Google or Microsoft; there should be a forgotten password link in a similar position once you select your login method. If you don't receive the email for this, please contact the provider directly (i.e. Facebook resets need to be forwarded to the Facebook support team as we cannot help / issue a reset password link for this). 

2. Enter the email you used to register and you'll receive an email within the 10 minutes to reset your password. 

NOTE: Please check JUNK / SPAM folders as well as the main inbox 

For any other login issues which cannot be resolved by resetting your password, please do the following:
