How do I update my DBS status or expiry date?

On receipt of a new DBS, or when this is updated via the Government Update Service, you will need to let us know via the compliance section of your England Squash Learning account. This can be found by hovering over the left-hand-side of your account area (note: this is not available when using some mobile devices).

If you're letting us know about a certificate updated via the update service:

Please follow the steps above. You'll need your original certificate number. If your original check was not conducted by England Squash, you'll also need to provide us with a copy of your original certificate.

You'll need to enter your issue date as 2 years ago today (e.g. if it is the 1 Jan 2026, put the issue date as 1 Jan 2024).
