I'm under 16, why can't I log in?
The England Squash website works slightly differently than in the past, and for safety reasons, all under 16s now need to be linked to a parent account, managed by an adult (over 16 years of age). This means that if you are under 16, and had an account with England Squash in the past, you will now need to ask your parent to either sign up for an account (don't worry, you can sign up in just a couple of minutes for free!), or ask your parent to link you to their account if they already have one.
If you have never had an account or membership with England Squash...
- Ask your parent to create an account for you at www.englandsquash.com/account/player/editprofile. If your parent doesn't already have an account on englandsquash.com, they'll need to sign up for a free account first!
If you previously had an account or membership with England Squash, and your parent already has an account on englandsquash.com...
- Ask them to log in to englandsquash.com, and try to recover your account using the form at www.englandsquash.com/Account/Player/RecoverChildAccount
If you previously had an account or membership with England Squash, and your parent doesn't already have an account on englandsquash.com...
- Ask them to sign up for an account at https://www.englandsquash.com/Auth/Register, and then try to recover your account using the form at www.englandsquash.com/Account/Player/RecoverChildAccount
Once a child account turns 16, the parent will receive an email asking if they would like to delink the child account and set them up as a standalone user. This can also be done at any time after the child's 16th birthday by visiting the Child Account page on the parent's England Squash dashboard.
Remember, if you previously had an account or membership number, if you create a new account then your membership status and previous membership number will not be transferred! However, if you follow the steps above we will be able to locate your account for you and get you up and running in no time.
