My child is a member, but I can't link them to my account

If you can't locate or recover your child's account, this doesn't mean it's not there! We will quickly be able to find and link your child's account if you complete the Recover Child Account form (log-in required).

If you create a new account for your child then their membership status and previous membership number will not be transferred. However, if you follow the steps above we will be able to locate your account for you and get you up and running in no time!
